Today, July 5th, leading European airline Ryanair proudly announced a new partnership with the world’s leading online travel agency lastminute.com. The “approved OTA” partnership will allow lastminute.com to incorporate Ryanair’s affordable airfares into its dynamic vacation packages and standalone ticket offers.

This ground-breaking partnership is great news for European consumers who want to take advantage of Ryanair’s competitive prices, wide choice of more than 240 destinations and excellent service within their package travel plans. The arrangement ensures that accurate contact and payment details of lastminute.com customers who book a Ryanair flight or add-ons are passed on to Ryanair. As a result, these customers can access their myRyanair accounts and receive important flight updates directly, avoiding the verification process required of non-authorized OTA customers.

Dara Brady of Ryanair said:

“We are delighted to announce our latest ‘Approved OTA’ partnership with leading global OTA lastminute.com. This ground-breaking partnership is great news for consumers; lastminute.com will be approved to offer Ryanair’s low fare flights as part of dynamic holiday packages and flights, contrasting with unauthorised OTAs who continue to overcharge customers with hidden price markups and provide Ryanair with fake customer contact and payment details. We look forward to working with lastminute.com over the coming years and putting their customers on Ryanair flights.”

Luca Concone, CEO of lastminute.com, said:

“As Europe’s travel technology leader in dynamic holiday packages, we are confident that our partnership with Ryanair will provide flexibility, choice and value to customers looking for the best holiday and flight deals.

We look forward to working closely with Ryanair.”
