Samsung unveiled a series of new products at its latest Galaxy Unpacked event, including the new Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Flip 6, Galaxy Ring, Galaxy Watch 7 and Watch Ultra, Galaxy Buds 3 and Buds 3 Pro. Let’s take a quick look at all the new products officially announced by Samsung at Galaxy Unpacked 2024.

Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Flip 6
The Fold 6 has a 7.6-inch main screen, a 6.3-inch cover screen, and is 12.1mm thick when folded and 5.6mm thick when unfolded. It has a 10MP selfie camera, a 4MP under-display camera, a 12MP ultra-wide angle, a 50MP wide angle, and a 10MP telephoto.
The Flip 6 comes with a 6.7-inch main screen, a 3.4-inch cover screen, and is 14.9mm thick when folded and 6.9mm thick when unfolded. It has a 10MP selfie camera, with a 12MP ultra-wide angle and a 50MP wide angle.
Both the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Flip 6 are powered by the new Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor, which is optimized for AI processing, delivering enhanced graphics and improved overall performance.
Both come with several new AI-powered features from Galaxy AI, including Note Assist for quick summaries in Samsung Notes, a revived and improved Circle to Search option in collaboration with Google, Translate and Interpreter for easier translation options, and the Fold 6 in particular with a new Sketch to Image option that lets users create AI-generated image outputs based on their hand-drawn sketches.
The Galaxy Z Fold 6 will be priced at $1,899, while the Galaxy Z Flip 6 will be priced at $1,099.

Galaxy Ring
The Galaxy Ring provides continuous health monitoring and personalized information while you sleep while wearing it on your finger. Weighing 2.3-3.0 grams, this lightweight ring features a titanium grade 5 finish and 10 ATM water resistance, lasting up to 7 days on a single charge.
Equipped with Samsung’s sensor technology, the Galaxy Ring provides detailed health metrics such as sleep patterns, heart rate and breathing rate, as well as advanced sleep AI algorithms, cycle tracking and energy score that assesses physical and mental state across sleep, activity and heart rate variability.
The Samsung Galaxy Ring is available in three colors – Titanium Black, Titanium Silver, and Titanium Gold, and is priced at $399.

Galaxy Watch 7 offers over 100 workout tracking options and features, including workout routines and races, to help users reach their fitness goals, while a new AI sleep analysis algorithm and FDA-cleared sleep apnea features give users accurate, actionable insights into their sleep health.
The watch also comes equipped with advanced cardiac monitoring features such as Electrocardiogram (ECG), Blood Pressure (BP) monitoring, and Cardiac Arrhythmia Notification (IHRN). The enhanced BioActive Sensor provides more accurate overall health readings, while the inclusion of AGEs Index allows users to track advanced glycation end products to reflect overall biological aging and metabolic health.
Powered by a 3nm processor, the most powerful chip in the Galaxy Watch lineup, the Galaxy Watch 7 delivers 3x faster CPU performance and is 30% more power efficient. The watch also comes with dual-frequency GPS for precise location tracking in dense urban environments.
The Galaxy Watch 7 comes in two sizes, 40mm and 44mm, and in green, cream, and silver colors. Pricing for the Galaxy Watch 7 starts at $299.

Building on the advanced features of the Galaxy Watch 7, the Galaxy Watch Ultra is designed for extreme durability. The watch boasts a titanium grade 440 frame, is water resistant to 10 ATM, and can operate from 500 meters above sea level to altitudes of up to 9,000 meters.
The Galaxy Watch Ultra includes new features such as a multi-sport tile for tracking triathlon training, Functional Threshold Power (FTP) metrics for cycling, and personalized HR zones for optimal training intensity.
The watch also features quick buttons for instant control over your workouts and an emergency siren for safety. It has a peak brightness of 3,000 nits and is said to offer up to 100 hours of battery life in power-saving mode.
Both the Galaxy Watch 7 and Galaxy Watch Ultra run Wear OS 5, which offers advanced performance, power efficiency and access to a wide range of popular apps. According to Samsung, integrating the Galaxy Ring with the Galaxy Watch will provide even greater benefits, with improved precision and accuracy of health analytics, especially in sleep monitoring.
The Galaxy Watch Ultra costs $649.

Galaxy Buds 3 and Buds 3 Pro
Alongside its latest wearable and foldable devices, Samsung also unveiled new wireless earbuds, the Galaxy Buds3 and Buds3 Pro. The Buds3 Pro boasts two-way speakers with planar tweeters for precise high-frequency sound, and dual amplifiers for a crystal-clear audio experience on the go.
Thanks to pre-trained machine learning models, the Galaxy Buds 3 series can restore the speaker’s original voice in a variety of noisy environments. According to Samsung, the feature, called Super-Wideband34 Call, ensures natural call quality similar to that of high-end smartphones.
Samsung also says that both the Galaxy Buds 3 and Buds 3 Pro incorporate components made from recycled plastics recovered from discarded fishing nets and water barrels. Additionally, the official press release states that the packaging for all products in the Galaxy Buds 3 series is made from 100% recycled paper.
The Galaxy Buds 3 will cost $179, while the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro will cost $249.
