3. Response to DMCA Notices

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement, we will respond by:

  • Notifying the content provider, member, or user that we have removed or disabled access to the material.
  • Terminating repeat infringers’ access to the website in appropriate circumstances.

4. Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification
