Traveling with charging cables is a pain. We’ve all been there: You arrive at the airport and realize your phone or laptop is low on battery. You search your bag for your charging cable, and by the time you’re done, you’ve basically had to repack it all again. It’s chaos.
Of course, there are plenty of cable management accessories on the market that can help you keep your charging cables neatly organized: bags, straps, cord tacos, cable winders (like this one), and some charging cables even come with their own built-in management solution.
Native Union’s latest charging cable, the Pocket Cable, comes with a unique cable management solution that does just that in a very smart way.

Native Union Pocket Cable
The Native Union Pocket Cable is a portable USB-C to USB-C charging cable disguised as an EDC. It is designed to look and function similar to a pocket knife. It has a built-in cable management solution that allows the cable to fold up compactly when not in use. It is also roughly the same size as a pocket knife.
The exterior of the device is made from Kevlar, and the cable is braided and reinforced with PET. Native Union claims the Pocket Cable has a lifespan of 30,000 bends (which means it should last a long time). It even comes with a little key ring, so you can easily attach it to your existing keychain.
